(June 6, 2024) — The Higganum Green gazebo and surrounding gardens are maintained by a diligent team from the Haddam Garden Club. Â The team is comprised of Lori Chadwick, Rogene Gilmore, Lori Munson, Dodie Dench, Lynne Cooper, Barbara Smith, Nancy Prue and Sherry Olsen-Lusardi.
They meet this challenge without a nearby water source and must carry in water to keep it beautiful. Â Caring for the many civic gardens in our community is a labor of love for club members, who work many months to keep them thriving.
