The Haddam Town Clerk’s Office ran a contest for everyone in town who owns a dog and who licensed them during the month of June. All the entries were put into a special container for our drawing. On Thursday July 8, 2021, the winning entry was drawn.
Our sixth annual winner, Bailey, is a seven year old Australian Shepherd Husky mix. She is owned by Andrew Downs and Emily Eckenroth of 15 Old Stage Coach Road in Higganum. Bailey now has Haddam dog tag #1 for this year. She also received a gift basket donated by Scott & Audrey Brookes.
We will place a picture of Bailey in the Town Office Building and congratulate her on Haddam-Killingworth.Now and in the Haddam Bulletin. At Bailey’s insistence we included her brother Buster, a fellow rescue dog in our photo.
