October 31, 2023– 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. – All day registration and in-person cut-off to register for the November 7, 2023 “Municipal Election” – Cut-off is 8:00 p.m. for in-person, 11:59 p.m. deadline for online (a DMV license is required) and mail-in registration must be postmarked by October 31, 2023.
