(September 12, 2024) — A Special Town Meeting on September 19, 2024 will include as part of its agenda a vote on a Haddam representative to fill a vacancy on the Regional School District 17 Board of Education. Any unaffiliated resident can seek office on this Board.

The Town Meeting is scheduled for 7:00 pm. The Meeting will take place at the HVFC Firehouse Community Room, 439 Saybrook Road in Higganum.
