2022 HKHS and Killingworth Library Student Art Show Killingworth Library transforms into an art gallery for the month of May, as we welcome back the HKHS Art Show! The show itself runs through May 31.
Haddam Historical Society Annual meeting – A presentation by Lindamae Peck on D. & H. Scovil and Company, Hoes, Gun Barrels and Ramrods: A Recap of the Early Years. The program will be held at Haddam Fire Station #1, 439 Saybrook Road, Higganum, CT. A short business meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and the program at 7:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Camp Bethel Tag Sale – We will be beginning our season with a huge tag sale to benefit our Camp Bethel Helping Hand Society, 124 Bethel Rd. Haddam. It will be held on the Chapel grounds inside the Camp gates from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The rain date will be Saturday June 4, 2022. Everything from household goods, holiday decorations, tools and hardware will be included. Items are gently used and brand new. All are welcome!

The Higganum Congregational Church and The First Congregational Church of Haddam have contacted IRIS (Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Service) and are in the process of completing the application to become a co-sponsor to resettle a refugee family in Haddam.
