GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION

Next Election: Tuesday, November 6:
Haddam’s next voting session is the Gubernatorial Election on Tuesday, November 6th. Haddam voters will vote for Governor/Lt. Governor, United States Senator, Representative in Congress, State Senator, State Representative, Secretary of the State, Treasurer, Comptroller, Attorney General and Judge of Probate.
Register to Vote:
The Registrars’ Office is open on Wednesdays 9am to 1pm or register at Haddam Town Hall, Town Clerks office. You may also request the Registrar of Voters or Town Clerk to send you a mail-in voter registration form, or visit our website registrar@haddam.org.
Registration Sessions:
All sessions will be held at the

October 2: 9am – 11am – This is a corrections session to complete preliminary registry list.
October 30: 9am – 8pm – All day registration and in-person cut-off to register for the November 6 Gubernatorial Election.
November 5: 9am – 5pm – Limited Registration Session to admit those seeking to vote in election whose qualification of age, citizenship, or residence was attained since October 30.
Registration Deadlines:
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by October 30. In-person and online cut off is October 30 by 8pm (To register online, a DMV license is required, voterregistration.ct.gov).

6am – 8pm Election Day, November 6
Election Day Registration:
If you did not register in person or online by October 30, any unregistered Connecticut resident who is eligible to vote or any resident who has moved into Haddam may register and vote in person on Election Day only at the Haddam Firehouse Complex, 439 Saybrook Road, Higganum. Hours are 6:00am to 8:00pm. Voters must be registered by 8:00pm in order to vote.
