The Haddam Killingworth High School Girls Soccer team defeated North Branford in their season opener on Sept. 16, 2019 with a final score of H-K 5, North Branford 1. The score by half time was H-K 2, NB 0. For Haddam Killingworth, scores were made by Yumi Imai (2), Leah Sosnowski, Kedarjah Lewis, and Hadley Commerford; for North Branford, the score was made by Olivia Ferreira. Goalkeepers for the game were Sophia Torello (HK), and Alexie Rosado (North Branford). Morgan Madore had an assist for HK.
