Well, the sun was shining but not on the Haddam Killingworth High School Girls Lacrosse team on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, as Old Saybrook’s Varsity team defeated HK with a final score of 15-5. There was no JV game. Both Goalies, Rhianna “Rhi” Phipps and Gabriela “Gabby” Williams, were no match for the aggressive Ram’s offense, despite our Cougar’s defensive valiant effort.
Goals were scored by Captain Grace Cassidy (1), Captain Yumi Imai (3), and Audrey Wrinn (1).
