On Saturday, March 7, 2020, Juliana Gagliardi, captain of the HK/Hale-Ray/Morgan Gymnastics team competed in the Connecticut State Open Championships. The top 40 gymnasts in the state in each event (vault, bars, beam, and floor) compete, as well as the top 20 gymnasts in the all around. Juliana qualified to compete in the all around.
Juliana placed 5th in Beam (9.0), 11th on Floor (8.8), 13th on vault (8.85), and 23rd on Bars (8.25). In the All-around, she was 10th (34.9). That qualified her to compete at the New England Championships in the All-around on Saturday, March 14, 2020.
