This is Mr Kirby!
This absolutely beautiful and friendly Labrador Retriever Mix who is a sweetheart is approximately 8 years young. When he came to Protectors of Animals, he was kind of overweight; however doing great now, counting his points and doing his aerobics videos. The effort is paying off. He was 90 pounds and his goal weight is 60 pounds…This boy has quite the spring in his step. He loves walking and learning his leash manners. He is building his endurance walking a little more every day and is doing outstanding.
His all-time favorite is butt scratches, and his green bean treats. Kirby would do best in an adult only home but doesn’t mind a kitty around. He appears to be housebroken, and knows basic commands very well. Even though he seems indifferent to other dogs, it’s felt that he wants to be KING PIN.
