Find a Fur Baby: Horace

Submitted by Judith Levin.

(Feb. 21, 2022) — This poor old guy has had a rough eight years of life but you would never be able to tell by looking at him.   Since he’s been with Brass City Rescue, he’s just been taking in every bit of kindness that he can.

He’s pretty much house trained; cats are not a part of his repertoire.  He’s got a wiggle butt and runs sideways wagging his tail. He’s not reactive to other dogs and Brass City has been starting to mingle him.  Another docile old dog would be best for him. Kids are great and he’s more about affection than treats.

He had a benign mass on his mouth removed so it’s wet food and no bones for this guy until further notice. He is adapting to the leash. Horace is terrified of stairs and certain doorways. He never barks and is an amazing and loving boy. It would be the absolute best to see him go to his forever home.  He has so much love to give.
