(December 17, 2020) — This beauty is a Female Border Collie Mix approximately 8 years old.
She is really good with dogs that are laid back and calm as well as cats. She would also be good if she was the only queen of the house. She would need an adult home or one with older children.
Now this girl has it going on….
She is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash, and knows basic commands like “get tv clicker.”
Hattie will be having dental surgery on December 23 and then will be available for adoption.
She came to Furry Friends from a local animal control where she had landed after her owner died unexpectedly.
She is so sweet, a slightly shy girl who takes a little time to get to know new people, but she will have a strong bond very quickly to her person and can be protective – she will need a family who will take her out and about and continue to introduce her to new people, places, and things.
Hattie would like a quiet home without a lot of people coming and going. She’d love a fenced yard although it’s not a requirement. She enjoys long walks – even hikes – exploring the nooks and crannies of the yard, and spending quiet time with her family.
To adopt please fill out the form at Furry Friends website – https;//www.furryfriendsct.org/adoption
