(Essex, Connecticut) – Gregory R. Shook, President & CEO of Essex Savings Bank, is pleased to announce on July 30, 2020 the Board of Directors approved the promotions of the following individuals.
Denise Goucher, was promoted to Vice President, Assistant BSA Officer & Deposit Operations Manager from Vice President & Deposit Operations Manager. Ms. Goucher has been an integral part of Essex Savings Bank since 1976. She has held various positions at Essex Savings Bank from starting in the branch network to working at the corporate office. Ms. Goucher is a 1998 graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and currently resides with her husband in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
Bernadette Jones was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer from Vice President, Compliance Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Ms. Jones joined Essex Savings Bank in 1978 and has held numerous positions of including Controller, Supervisor of Operations and Teller. She is a graduate of the Stone School of Business, the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and America’s Community Bankers’ National School of Banking. Ms. Jones currently resides in Westbrook, Connecticut.
Gregory Pilney was promoted to Vice President, Information Systems Officer from Assistant Vice President, Information Systems Officer. Mr. Pilney received her Bachelor’s degree from New Hampshire College and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. He joined Essex Savings Bank in October 2015 and currently resides with his family in Colchester, Connecticut.
Elizabeth Kuhns was promoted to Assistant Vice President, HR Manager & Marketing Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary from Marketing Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Ms. Kuhns received her Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. She joined Essex Savings Bank in December 2014 and currently resides with her family in New London, Connecticut.
Hilary Mondelci was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Administration Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary from Loan Administration Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Ms. Mondelci is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. She joined Essex Savings Bank in June 2011 and currently resides with her family in Chester, Connecticut.
