Connecticut Yankee Fuel Storage Advisory Committee Meeting Notice
The annual meeting of the Connecticut Yankee (CY) Fuel Storage Advisory Committee (FSAC) will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station, 55 Bridge Road, Haddam, CT, 06438. The meeting will include updates by Connecticut Yankee on activities at the CY site and developments on the spent nuclear fuel issue since the FSAC last met in May 2018 as well as a public comment period. The purpose of the FSAC is enhancing open communication, public involvement and education on the interim storage of spent fuel at the CY, and the transportation of spent nuclear fuel and high level radioactive waste.
