(January 7, 2023)–Vehicle #1 was traveling Northbound on I-95 in the area of Exit 65 in the town of Westbrook, when it went off the roadway, struck the Exit 65 sign in the gore area, went airborne, and landed on the Exit 65 Northbound off ramp overturned. Operator #1 was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital due to his injuries where he was later pronounced deceased at 0558 hours. This case remains under investigation.
