CSP: Detectives Assist NY State Police in Arrest of Westbrook Woman

(December 2, 2022)—On 11/30/22, at approximately 1830 hours, personnel within the New York State Police (Riverside Troop) and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office informed Connecticut State Police, Central District Major Crime Troop F personnel that they hold an active felony arrest warrant for Jacqueline Jewett, DOB 06/15/1965 of 87 McVeagh Road, in Westbrook, CT.

The New York arrest warrant is for Burglary in the Second Degree (Dwelling) and Grand Larceny in the First Degree (greater than $1,000,000.00). On 11/30/2022, at approximately 1920 hours, Jewett surrendered herself at Troop F, was she arrested by CDMC-F investigators and charged with Fugitive from Justice, Arrest without a Warrant, 54-170.

Jewett was held on a $500,000.00 bond and was transported to York Correctional Institute. She will be arraigned at Middletown Superior Court (GA #9) on Thursday, 12/01/22.
