The Haddam Killingworth High School Varsity Baseball team defeated Stonington in Higganum on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 in the first round of the Class M State Tournament with a final score of HK 3, Stonington 1. Jon Civiello (8-0) threw a no hitter and drove in two runs to lead HK to a first round tournament win. Luke DiMauro doubled and scored two runs for the Cougars. Stonington scored an unearned run in the fifth.
