(October 9, 2025) — And that’s a wrap!
Members of Haddam Volunteer Fire Company recently provided more than forty hours of standby fire protection and EMS coverage at the 104th Durham Fair. Every hour, designated teams walked a section of the fairgrounds looking for any safety hazards and potential fire risks.
They also helped treat injured fairgoers and offered children tours of the apparatus.
HVFC was on scene all four days with Engine 1-13, UTV-13, and Car-13.
