(November 5, 2024) — Frequent contributor Philip Devlin sent these images of flowers blooming at a time when they usually don’t. He writes, “When was the last time you saw dandelions and sunflowers blooming in November?
These dandelions (above) are growing with dozens of others at Haddam Meadows State Park.
The sunflower is in my front yard and opened up last Friday!”
