(September 17, 2026) — A Chicken BBQ will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Higganum United Methodist Church at 248 Saybrook Road in Higganum. Menu includes Half BBQ chicken, red potatoes, vegetables, and homemade breads and desserts. Dine in or takeout is available.
Cost: Adults $20, children 10 and under $10. To reserve tickets, call contact the HUMC church office at 860-345-4622. Tickets will be sold at the event while supplies last. This church fundraiser is usually a sell-out event.
