(August 13, 2026) — Absentee ballots for the RSD 17 Board of Education Budget Referendum to be held on Tuesday August 25, 2026 are now available at the Haddam Town Clerk’s Office.
Per State Statutes 9-139a, 9-140 and 9-369c, because this referendum is being held “with less than three weeks notice,” the application MUST be returned in person by you, or a proper designee, to the municipal clerk.
