(April 3, 2026) — The Haddam Sustainability Committee will once again host a Repair Cafe on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the HVFC Firehouse Community Room, 439 Saybrook Road in Higganum. A Repair Cafe brings together a group of “fixers” who can make small repairs to everything from jewelry to knife sharpening to bicycles to sewing. They offer their services free of charge for work that can be completed at the Repair Cafe. The list of fixers who will be at the event is below.
