(January 1, 2026) — Homeland Towers is pleased to announce that its Haddam Neck cell tower was recently activated. Verizon subscribers who live and travel along the northern portions of Route 154 in Haddam will now experience better and more reliable cell coverage.
In addition, Homeland recently constructed a new tower in the Tylerville section of Haddam where Verizon is expected to be on-air sometime in 2026. For years, the Route 154 corridor has been a notorious dead zone for motorists and first responders and with the addition of these two new towers service is expected to improve greatly.
