(October 17, 2025) — Chenzo’s Italian Kitchen & Bar opened their doors (October 1) to diners who had been eagerly awaiting the chance to experience the newest restaurant in Higganum.
Prior to opening, owners Caleb Ellinas and Vincent Balisciano stated that their primary focus was to tailor their menu to the tastes of their customers.
On their Facebook page they remarked: “During our launch, we’re rolling out a slightly smaller menu so we can focus on perfecting every dish and making sure your experience is top-notch.”
“Our grand opening was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared a slice, raised a glass, and helped make Chenzo’s come alive!
Your support and excitement made all the hard work worth it. This is just the beginning we can’t wait to keep serving you drinks and eats at our table!
Starting this weekend, we’ll be taking reservations for parties of 6 or more so gather your crew and come join us at Chenzo’s!”
