My name is John Mancini and I am proud to be a candidate for Killingworth Board of Finance. I will bring a solid foundation of financial expertise, leadership, and community service to the Board of Finance. My professional experience includes over 30 years in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning, where I have overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, conducted audits, and implemented cost-saving measures without compromising quality. This background has strengthened my ability to analyze complex financial reports, identify risks, and ensure responsible stewardship of resources.

Beyond professional experience, my roots in this community shape how I view financial stewardship. Having lived in Killingworth for 29 years, I have seen firsthand how responsible fiscal management directly affects the quality of schools, town services, and infrastructure. I have volunteered with local fraternal organizations, served on town committees, and community focused board of directors, which allowed me to collaborate with neighbors, listen to concerns, and work toward solutions that benefit everyone.

I strongly believe that every financial decision must be made with transparency and fairness, ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used wisely and responsibly.

Serving on the Board of Finance would be both an honor and a way to give back to the community that has given so much to me and my family.
