(September 26, 2025) — The month of October brings us “International Observe the Moon Night.” If you’ve always wanted to learn more about our lunar companion, come to Brainerd Library at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Together with fellow moon enthusiasts, and under the guidance of Lucas Branco of the Astronomical Society of Greater Hartford, you can get a close-up look and learn more about lunar science. If you have binoculars or a telescope, bring it along! If you don’t, you can use ours. (No werewolves, please!).
