Find a Fur Baby: Say Hello to Demon!

Submitted by Judith Levin

(August 29, 2025) — I don’t know who gave this little guy that name but he certainly is not a demon by any means. He is cautious with strangers, which is understandable, but extremely kind and loving. Demon has not had a great life. He is blind in his left eye. He has been at Brass City Rescue Shelter for two years because he does not show well with people. It doesn’t mean he’s bad. He is just not sure of things. Once he gets to have a home of his own, that will all change for the better. I can see him blossoming into a beautiful rose.

Demon is just seven years old and weighs thirty-five pounds. He is a terrier, and has been neutered and is up-to-date with all of shots. He loves other dogs and likes kids once he knows he can trust them, and he is working on that, but NO kitty cats.

Brass City recommends a fenced -n yard or pen where he can go outside to run around and do his business. He is housetrained, as an FYI. Demon is a great listener and a favorite of the rescue. He has NEVER BITTEN anyone, and Brass City wants it to stay that way.

Demon loves to go for car rides, is chill, likes to have conversations, is food motivated, and playful. This guy will make a great family member and be your most loyal fan.

Demon just wants to be loved, safe, secure, and live a great life compared to what he had in his past, and that’s the way it should be.

If interested, please go to www.brasscityrescue.org by copying and pasting this link into your web browser and fill out an application.  No dog or cat should have to live in a shelter!
