(August 22, 2025) — This little beauty was found as a stray in Middlebury and is now known as Potato. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog mix. At two years old, she is medium in size and weighs only forty-seven pounds.

The poor thing is a bit cautious right now, but really enjoys the company of the shelter staff at Brass City Rescue Alliance. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle and gives the best kisses. Potato loves attention from everyone. Some other things you need to know about this girl is that she is playful, gentle, loves to take car rides, and is food-motivated.
Potato is great with kids and dogs. Kitties, we’re not so sure about. She is spayed, up-to- date with all her shots, and housetrained.
You must meet her! To do so, please copy and paste www.brasscityalliance.org into your browser and check her out. Potato will make a great companion for anyone. Let’s see that word ADOPTED! stamped across her picture soon.
