(August 1, 2025) — Penelope. It sounds like a name from a Jane Austin novel. This beauty is only seven months old and is a Lab/Pit Mix. She is the ultimate ray of sunshine and is full of love!
This girl is so grateful to have a second chance at love and happiness. She loves to play, fetch a ball, tug of war (she will win, mind you), and kiddie pools. Yes, that’s right. They’re just so refreshing in this horrible heat. Bring on that cold water.
Penelope is EXTREMELY smart and will go out of her way to please you in every way possible. She does have all the basic commands down pat and is learning more as the days go on. Social butterfly? Oh, absolutely! Penelope will learn your whole life history with one conversation. She is great with dogs and cats, so this girl is all that and a bag of chips.
