(July 16, 2025) — Morina Restaurant on Saybrook Road (Route 154) in the Tylerville section of Haddam has re-opened after renovations that followed a car crashing into the building.
The accident, which occurred on June 28, 2025, did not damage the interior of the restaurant, and there were no injuries, but it did result in repairs having to be made to the exterior. It forced the restaurant to close down for several days while the renovations were completed. Morina has now re-opened the entire building and is fully back in business.
