The Killingworth Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Office Building at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2025, regarding the following Application:
A Public Hearing and Consideration of Application #02-25: Tommy Q Builders, LLC, Applicant, 2 Route 80, LLC, Property Owner, Alan Neri, Principal. Proposal to build a two-car garage attached to the main house which is in an industrial zone with different setback requirements.
A copy of this application is on file with the Killingworth Town Clerk. At this hearing, written communications will be received and interested persons will be heard.
