(February 12, 2025) — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has advised that testing will occur at the Haddam/East Haddam Swing Bridge (Route 82) on Thursday, February 13, 2025 and Friday, February 14, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please anticipate delays during these hours.
DOT also has advised that overnight bridge closures are scheduled for next week on Monday, February 17, 2025 and Tuesday, February 18, 2025, with the bridge closing each evening at 7:00 p.m. and reopening the following morning no later than 6:00 a.m.
