(October 8, 2024) — Connecticut State Police continue to actively search for 81 year old Normand Manning, who was reported missing on October 6, 2024. Police are using search dogs and personnel. They have requested that citizens do not venture off roads and regular paths, as it will disturb the K9 scent tracking.
What can you do? Stay vigilant and look in areas such as sheds, outbuildings and similar places someone could possibly seek shelter.
