Rita Bertolini September 8, 1943 – February 21, 2026
Rita was born and raised in Higganum. Although she lived in other places throughout her life, she ultimately returned to her hometown of Higganum. For those who knew her, Rita remained strong-willed and opinionated, and she held firmly to her beliefs and opinions until the end.
She is predeceased by her parents John J. and Marj (Ventura) Bertolini, and her brother John A. Bertolini.
She is survived by her son G. Howard Blythe and his wife Dana, her daughter Kristin and her husband Jerry. She also leaves behind her best friend of more than 80 years, Yvonne Kobylenski.
