(January 23, 2026) — “I know that we are young, and I know that you may love me, but I can’t be with you like this anymore, Alejandro,” sang Lady Gaga.
What’s up with her? This Alejandro is a chick magnet! He has to chase off all the lady dogs; they put him right over the edge. What he really wants is to snuggle up next to his person and live happily ever after. That’s not asking for much at all.
Alejandro is a two-year-old Chihuahua weighing only ten pounds. He is up to date with his shots, and neutered. This guy will follow his person everywhere. He is a one-person kind of dog, but will like others in the home. If the primary person is not home, he will pout in his doggie bed and eventually go to others for snuggles. If you know Chihuahuas, you know they can be fearful. He is still learning housetraining, but put the belly band on him. It’s supposed to be the rage for this spring’s fashion.
Because Chihuahuas think they are Jolly Green Giants, Alejandro will try to run everyone out of the yard because it is his property. Santa Claus was Bigfoot to him, so that didn’t go over too well. Santa had to Facetime Alejandro to find out what he wanted for Christmas. At least when he goes to the vet there will be no problem checking those little tootsies for tartar. Chihuahuas like showing their teeth!
One thing for sure is FOOD rocks. Alejandro loves coffee, cream no sugar, and has started his own coffee blog. He loves to burrow into blankets next to his favorite person. He likes dogs, as long as they don’t get in his face; and with kids eleven years and older, especially girls, he is Mr. Suave!
