(November 13, 2025) — The halls will be decked, the air filled with music, and the community gathered once again for the 37th Annual Haddam-Killingworth Craft Fair on Friday, December 6, 2025 at Haddam-Killingworth Middle School from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This year, eighty local artists and crafters will dazzle you, offering one-of-a-kind gifts perfect for the holiday season.
Each year, this festive event transforms the school into a vibrant marketplace filled with holiday cheer, creativity, and community connection. Fourteen new artists will join returning favorites, bringing even more creativity and craftsmanship to explore. Still, some of your favorite crafters will be there.

Cindy Tischer of Mabel’s Mugs has been a vendor at the HK Craft Fair for nearly twenty years. “HK has a special place in my heart as it was the first craft show I participated in as Mabel’s Mugs Pottery,” she said. “I have developed a great following at HK. It brings me joy to have customers tell me how much an item they got from me was loved by the recipient.”
Cindy also shared that what she loves most about the HK Craft Fair is the sense of community among the crafters. “It’s like a family reunion. I love seeing what new treasures folks have been creating during the year and how the fair itself has grown and evolved.”
This year’s fair will include holiday carolers from BlueFire Stage Co., and a cheerful photo booth for quick pictures with friends and family. Guests can also enjoy delicious bites and warm drinks from the food trucks while they shop.
The HKMS PTO will host the Scholastic Book Fair, giving families the chance to stock up on great reads for the holidays. Local non-profits will also take part, offering activities and a scavenger hunt for kids, and be sure to stop by the raffle table where you can enter to win incredible items generously donated by our crafters.
