(October 31, 2025) — In honor of Veterans Day, Haddam Club 60 is honored to welcome VFW Quartermaster and Higganum resident Jim Woodworth for an engaging presentation on the Higganum/Haddam VFW’s community engagement and outreach to veterans.
The presentation will take place on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Haddam Community Center located at 7 Candlewood Road in Higganum.
Jim will share information about the VFW, American Legion, the Higganum/Haddam Parade Committee, and our town treasure, the Haddam Veterans Museum. This event is open to the public, and will include live music performed by Brian May to kick off the meeting. In addition, the Veterans Museum, located next door to the Community Center, will be open following the presentation.
