Election 2025: RSD 17 Board of Education Candidate Corey Roberts (Haddam)

Corey is a proud native of Higganum, where she resides with her husband and twin daughters. A graduate of Haddam-Killingworth High School, she is deeply committed to her community and education, serving as a current member of the Board of Education.
Corey brings a wealth of leadership experience to her role on the board. She has held numerous leadership positions, including overseeing both local and international manufacturing sites for a multi-billion-dollar aerospace company. Currently, as Director of multiple airline customer accounts, Corey leverages her strategic decision-making, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to manage complex situations and drive impactful outcomes.

In addition to her professional career, Corey is an active volunteer in her local church, where she serves as the Director of Hospitality. Leading a team of volunteers, she fosters a welcoming environment and supports various ministries and community events.
Corey has been an active participant in the Board of Education for the past four years. As the chair of the Personnel and Evaluation Committee, she has played an integral role in union negotiations and the feasibility study the high school. Her consistent contributions and constructive feedback demonstrate her commitment to ensuring the best possible educational experience for the students of RSD 17.
