(September 11, 2025) — It was decided at the Haddam Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on September 4, 2025 to approve the following:
- A special permit to allow for additional residential building with sixteen residential units and revision of a previously approved building for ten residential units at 1572 Saybrook Road, Map 49 Lot 69. Applicant: Lisa Wadge/DBP, LLC.
- To allow for a one lot re-subdivision at 515 Candlewood Hill Road, Map 36 Lot 2. Applicant: Sylvia Adams
