(July 28, 2025) — The Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments (RiverCOG) will hold a collection of Household Hazardous Waste on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Deep River Town Garage, 206 Winthrop Road (Route 80) in Deep River.
This event is free to residents of the RiverCOG region, which includes Haddam and Killingworth. Please visit www.rivercog.org/household-hazardous-waste for more information on the items that will be accepted at this collection.
