(July 26, 2025) — The Connecticut Blood Center and American Red Cross continue to host blood drives throughout the state as summer travel and vacations lead to a reduction in blood donations and those in need increasingly need blood. All blood types are needed with O-negative and O-positive the most severely needed types.
