Percy is a Lhasa Apso/Havanese mix who is ten years old and weighs seventeen pounds. He is still trying to put on weight and beef up a bit.
Percy had been turned in at Animal Control very neglected and in bad condition. He had a spa day that included a nice bath and a shave, so not only is he gorgeous, but he is probably so much cooler and smells wonderful.
This boy is such a gentle and sweet little soul. He had been starved for attention and so wants to be loved, cuddled, and get kisses from his people all the time. He loves food, and if you take nice, short walks he will show you zoomies like you have never seen before. Also, he loves other dogs.
