(March 28, 2025) — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that an overnight closure is scheduled at the Haddam/East Haddam Swing Bridge (Route 82) for Sunday, March 30, 2025. The bridge will close at 7:00 p.m. and reopen no later than 6:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025.
Overnight bridge closures that had been scheduled for March 31, 2025, April 1, 2025 and April 2, 2025, have been cancelled.
