Middlesex Chamber Still Seeking Sponsors for Killingworth Event

(October 12, 2024) — The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Killingworth Division is still seeking your support for the 11th Annual Pumpkin Carving event scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Parmelee Farm.

This event has become a cherished tradition, drawing families from across town to celebrate the fall season with pumpkin carving and sweet treats generously provided by Killingworth’s own, The Bread Girl.

The sponsorship tiers are outlined below. Your support will be instrumental in ensuring the success of this event and continuing our tradition of community fun.

The Great Pumpkin – $1,000

  • Name on all signage and related promotional materials
  • Company banner to be displayed at event – banner to be provided by sponsor
  • Three-month square ad on the Chamber website (value: $300) – ad to be provided by sponsor
  • Opportunity to set up a table at the event to distribute promotional material
  • Opportunity to speak at event
  • Mentions on social media advertising

The Broomstick – $500

  • Name on all signage and related promotional materials
  • Two-month square ad on the Chamber website (value: $200) – ad to be provided by sponsor
  • Opportunity to set up a table at the event to distribute promotional material
  • Mentions on social media advertising

The Black Cat – $250

  • Name on all signage and related promotional materials
  • One-month square ad on the Chamber website (value: $100) – ad to be provided by sponsor
  • Opportunity to set up a table at the event to distribute promotional material
  • Mentions on social media advertising

The Skeleton – $125

  • Name on all signage and related promotional materials
  • Opportunity to set up a table at the event to distribute promotional material
  • Mentions on social media advertising
