(October 7, 2024) — The Connecticut State Police have issued a “Silver Alert” for a missing man from Haddam. He is identified as 81 year old Normand Manning, last seen on October 6, 2024 walking in the area of 149 Burr Road in Haddam. He was wearing a white shirt, black pants and glasses.
Anyone with information is asked to call Troop F in Westbrook at 860-399-2100, ext. 4.
