(September 5, 2024) — The Haddam Garden Club proudly announces that HGC member Lynne Cooper was the winner of the 5K Road Race at the Haddam Neck Fair this past Labor Day weekend. Lynne won in the 70-79 age division.
Lynne also chaired the Fair’s Horticultural and Flower Show for the Haddam Garden Club. She organizes and oversees enthusiastic club members who receive, display, judge and care for the more than seventy entries throughout the Fair weekend. For Lynne this is truly a labor of love, and we could not be more proud of her success both as a runner and as a valued member of our club.
