Killingworth Road Race to be Held August 3rd

Submitted by Christine Link
(June 14, 2024) — Start your training for this year’s Killingworth Road Race, which takes place on August 3, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at the Congregational Church, 273 Route 81, Killingworth.

The four-mile out-and-back race will be run on the same route as the past several races. It will start right where the finish line is, closer to the church to help out the timer this year, and we will modify the turnaround accordingly. Flat and downhill for the first three miles, the route then goes up the hill to a flat last half mile back to the church.

Help us support the church mission budget, which contributes to the Eddy Homeless shelter in Middletown and to local shoreline food pantries.
As always, the top two finishers in each category will win a Robert’s Food Center blueberry pie  Join us for a fun race. Thank you to our sponsors!
Please visit www.killingworthroadrace.org to register, be a sponsor, or to be a volunteer.

Motorists are advised that Route 81 and Roast Meat Hill Road may be rerouted. Please look for detours during race time.
