(June 8, 2024) — A free self-defense class for “savvy senior citizens” will be held at the St. Lawrence Church Hall, 8 Hemlock Road in Killingworth, on June 22, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
This instruction is appropriate for anyone who wishes to become “street smart” against crime. The class will be taught by Ed Ricciuti, a senior martial arts instructor in his 80’s. Anyone wishing to be part of an actual demonstration must be wearing socks in order to protect the mats.
