(March 23, 2024) — Cynthia Montalvo of Cingarden Events, in collaboration with The Buttonwood Tree Performing Arts Center, will present numerous health and wellness events in the month of April, 2024.

Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.: Restorative Yoga with Lisa Dinoia. Come experience a blissful restorative yoga class every Tuesday. Sink into luxurious supported poses, melt away tension, and discover profound relaxation. Prepare for a rejuvenating journey to calm the mind, soothe the body, and nourish the soul. Find your inner peace and rejuvenation with us.

April 14, 2024 5:00 p.m.: Sister Solace Monthly Sunday Circle. Join a group of women for monthly gatherings. This circle creates space for growth, feminine empowerment in a supportive, creative and safe circle. Our gatherings are centered  around health and wellness and holistic centered events.
April 24, 2024 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Sound Bath Healing with Kelvin Young and Maria Del Carmen Rodriquez. Experience a profound immersion in a therapeutic symphony of sounds, skillfully produced by crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments. This creates an environment that is not only immersive but also deeply healing.
April 25, 2024 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Learn to Shimmy and Shake Belly Dance Social. Discover or perfect your belly dance skills. Immerse yourself in the beauty and rhythmic movements of this timeless dance style, enhancing core strength, flexibility, and poise. All skill levels are welcome to join. Enjoy pre and post-session socializing, henna art, and more!
