(March 1, 2024) — Cingarden Events, in collaboration with The Buttonwood Tree Performing Arts Center at 605 Main Street in Middletown, will present several health and wellness events during the month of March, 2024. Visit cingardens.com to find out more.

March 9, 2024, 1:00 p.m.: Essential Oils Family Workshop. Explore Family Wellness with DoTERRA Essential Oil educator, Liza. Children create a unique Play-Doh blend to take home, while parents discover holistic advantages for a healthy body, mind and emotions. Whether it’s anxiety relief, stress management, improved focus, better sleep, or emotional balance, our workshop guides you to find the perfect blend for your family. Learn to seamlessly incorporate essential oils into your routine, fostering balanced well-being. End the session with a family-friendly mindful breathing exercise to support your holistic journey. Recommended for school-age children.
March 16, 2024 11:00 a.m.: Free Community Yoga and Buttonwood Tree Clean-Up Day. Come together for a day of community spirit, wellness, and fun! Let’s keep our Buttonwood Tree shining bright. Meet your community members, contribute to cleaning up the Buttonwood, explore volunteer and board member opportunities, and discover upcoming shows and health and wellness opportunities in your community. We will provide a free yoga class, light refreshments, and lunch. Free to attend.
March 24, 2024, 2:00 p.m.: Spring Moon Goddess Yoga Workshop. Settle into the shift between winter and spring, and feel the power of this liminal, transitional time. Connect with the energy of transition in a circle of sister goddesses! Workshop includes: guided moon mediation, Chandra Namaskar (lunar flow suitable for all levels), and Reiki-infused Savasna (rest). Gather in a circle to intuitively select a cosmic message card for guided journaling (bring a journal and your favorite pen), and enjoy goddess tea and chocolates in our closing circle. Bring a yoga mat and anything else for comfort.
March 27, 2024 6:30 p.m.: Sound Bath SolCleanse. Embark on a journey of deep relaxation with our Serene Sound Bath Experience. Allow harmonious waves of soothing sounds to cleanse and balance your body, fostering inner harmony. This class guarantees a rejuvenating experience, leaving you cleansed, renewed, and perfectly balanced. Join us for tranquility and well-being.
All Buttonwood Tree events are made possible by Middlesex Commission on the Arts, Community Foundation of Middlesex County, DECD, CT Humanities, and our generous donors and patrons.
